Some of the raw materials of diapers contain meltblown fabrics. The materials of diapers are relatively diversified. Most of them are made of non-woven fabrics, paper, straw pulp, SAP and other materials. They are disposable products and are divided into infant-specific and adult-specific products. The latest new products launched by scientists are made of coarse grain fibers such as corn as raw materials. They are environmentally friendly and recyclable.
Most diapers are made up of the following parts: outer covering layer, absorbent core layer and base fabric.
1. Outer covering layer
The outer covering layer can keep the child’s body dry, quickly absorb urine and prevent leakage. Nowadays, most of the diapers sold in shopping malls and supermarkets are non-woven fabrics. Babies will not feel much stimulation after wearing them. They are soft, friendly and comfortable. They can discharge water vapor and hot and humid air, keeping diaper rash away from babies.
2. Absorbent core layer
The main absorbent layer uses its capillary force to disperse the baby’s urine to the entire surface layer, playing the role of quickly absorbing, dispersing and finally storing urine. In major stores, the absorbent cores of diapers we usually see are mostly layered and made of highly absorbent resin and pure wood pulp.
3. Bottom fabric
Affected by price factors, the bottom of the best-selling diapers in China is mainly composed of breathable polyethylene film composed of high molecular organic compounds, while foreign countries have begun to use non-woven diapers because they are more comfortable and softer.
Diapers are like underwear worn by adults, which can be fixed on both sides of the crotch to absorb urine to the maximum extent.
Diapers are like sanitary napkins, but they do not have Velcro fasteners that can be fixed on both sides. Diapers are convenient and simple to use, but they may cause various problems due to the lack of correct and scientific usage skills, so mothers should read the usage steps correctly to prevent the occurrence of diseases in babies.
